McMullen Company Signs TCF Bank to Lease for Operations Facility in Eisenhower Commerce Center
ANN ARBOR, MI – McMullen Company, an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed TCF Bank (http://www.tcfbank.com) of Michigan to a lease for office space in the McMullen-owned Eisenhower Commerce Center on Ann Arbor’s south side.
The office houses a back-office bank operations center. Eisenhower Commerce Center is located off Eisenhower Parkway near I-94 and State Street, east of Briarwood Mall.
“The space is just right for us,” says Amy Niendorf, a TCF Bank vice president and director of Michigan operations. “It needed very little reconstruction or refitting, and the building delivers industrial-level power for our processing machinery. Plus we’ve found McMullen Company to be exceptionally easy to work with.”
Brokers on the lease were Ted McMullen of McMullen Company and Jay Chavey and John Fricke of Signature Associates, a Southfield, MI-based commercial real estate firm.
Eisenhower Commerce Center offers a total of 215,300 square feet of single-story space for office or light industrial usage. Within a natural private setting, tenants have ample free parking, easy access to highways and airports, and close proximity to Downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan.
