McMullen Company Signs Local Office of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated to Lease for Office Space in Atrium I Building
ANN ARBOR, MI – McMullen Company, an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, a subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF, http://www.stifel.com) to a lease for office space in the Atrium Office Center, Building I, near State Street and I-94 on Ann Arbor’s south side.
Stifel Nicolaus is a full-service brokerage and investment firm, established in 1890. It operates 120 offices in 27 states and the District of Columbia. The Atrium I building is now home to the firm’s Ann Arbor office, which helps clients with investments in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, options, and managed assets accounts.
Brokers on the Stifel Nicolas lease were Newcombe Clark of Bluestone Realty Advisors, a real estate brokerage firm in Ann Arbor, and Ted McMullen of McMullen Company. As part of the deal, McMullen Company significantly customized the new office space to Stifel Nicolaus’ specifications before the tenant moved in.
