McMullen Company Signs The Solutions Group to Lease for Office Space in Eisenhower Commerce Center
ANN ARBOR, MI - McMullen Company (www.mcmullencompany.com), an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed The Solutions Group (http://www.greatsolutions.com), a provider of information technology (IT) and application development services, to a lease for new office space in the McMullen-owned Eisenhower Commerce Center on Ann Arbor's south side.
"When we looked for a new office, McMullen had just what we needed - a Class A facility with reasonable rent," said Roger Rupp, president and chief executive officer of The Solutions Group. "McMullen built out our new space in time, and they've responded quickly to every need since then. We have a great office at the right price."
The Solutions Group provides customers with IT and application development services in areas including strategic planning, systems analysis, systems integration, systems engineering, software engineering, program management, and more. Some customers outsource their entire IT and application development operations to The Solutions Group.
The company has also developed a library of reusable software components, allowing it to build custom applications for customers at a fraction of what it would cost for the customers to do the work themselves.
The Solutions Group's customers include Allied Signal, The Columbus Dispatch, Dykema Gossett, Ford Motor Company, Gunther International, Honeywell, Houghton Mifflin, inc.jet Inc., Johnson Controls, Kirk-Rudy Inc., MacSteel, McDougall Littell, Ohio Addressing Machines, Omega Healthcare Investors, PTC/Arbortext, ProFace/Xycom Automation, and many others.
