McMullen Company Signs Kelleher Enterprises to Lease for New Office Space in Eisenhower Commerce Center
ANN ARBOR, MI – McMullen Company, an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed Kelleher Enterprises, Inc. to a lease for new office space in the McMullen-owned Eisenhower Commerce Center on Ann Arbor’s south side.
Kelleher Enterprises, founded in 1983 by Tom Kelleher, designs, manages, and fulfills award and recognition programs for Fortune 500 companies – most notably General Motors Corp.
Within Kelleher’s new headquarters are administrative offices and distribution facilities. Eisenhower Commerce Center is located off Eisenhower Parkway near I-94 and State Street, east of Briarwood Mall.
“The space is just right for us,” says Mike Kelleher, who manages day-to-day operations and new business development for the company. “We’re close to highways, with plenty of free parking and easy loading and unloading of packages. Plus, McMullen has been great to work with. They quickly responded to our need for adjustments to the build-out. We now have just the layout we want, in a space of high-quality finish.”
Brokers on the lease were Nicholas Rutan of Bluestone Realty Advisors, a real estate brokerage firm in Ann Arbor, and Brad McFarlane of McMullen Company.
Eisenhower Commerce Center offers a total of 215,300 square feet of single-story space for office or light industrial usage. Within a natural private setting, tenants have ample free parking, easy access to highways and airports, and close proximity to Downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan.
