McMullen Company Signs Ducks Unlimited’s Great Lakes/Atlantic Regional Office to Lease for New Home in Eisenhower Commerce Center
ANN ARBOR, MI – McMullen Company, an Ann Arbor commercial and residential real estate development and management firm, has signed the Great Lakes/Atlantic Regional Office (GLARO) of Ducks Unlimited (www.ducks.org) to a lease for new office space in the McMullen-owned Eisenhower Commerce Center on Ann Arbor’s south side.
GLARO was established in 1998 to coordinate conservation of waterfowl habitats in 18 states within the Great Lakes and mid-Atlantic regions. GLARO, one of four Ducks Unlimited regional offices, is dedicated to reversing the trends of wetland habitat losses, restoring degraded habitats, and making the region a better place for breeding, migrating, and wintering waterfowl.
“When we decided to move to a new office, we knew we had set an ambitious timetable,” said Bob Hoffman, GLARO’s director. “It would be hard to move that quickly. But McMullen was right on time. They completed the entire renovation and got us into the new office on schedule. McMullen did an outstanding job.”
